I AM TRAVELING AGAIN!

As you know, I just LOVE to travel!  And since this summer has been Hotter than usual, I have been roaming the great northeastern states.  It has been hot there too, but not as hot as out west.

Here is another one of the stores that carries my Moose Mills Products.  The Olde Towne Country Store is in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.  What a lovely store!

As you can see I have brought Minny Moose with me on this trip.  Minny was fascinated watching Larry La Chance making candy.  He is a Master Candy Confectioner and co-owner.  She had a very hard time deciding on what candy to try.

The other co-owner, Jim Morande, had a former store called Buck Nuts.  He does the roasting of the nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews) in this new store.  Now I had a very hard time choosing the nuts I wanted to eat.

Jim and Larry want their store to be a year round family store for people of all ages.  They carry Shaker Pond Ice Cream (you know me and ice cream, LOVE IT!).  They carry New England made jams, wines, syrups, pottery, jewelry and cheeses.  They have toys for the little ones.  And they carry my Moose Mills Products like I mentioned earlier.

If you are in the area near Old Orchard Beach, Maine, stop into the The Olde Towne Country Store and tell them Moose Mills and Minny sent you!  Make sure you say Hi to Jim and Larry for me.

I am busy getting ready to do another show in Sturbridge, Massachusetts in September.  I am busy designing gift bags for the holidays to show at this show.  Unfortunately, this show is not open to the public.  It is just for buyers from stores around the New England states.  I will keep you informed on how the show is going.

Until next time.............................

Meet Big Moose Deli

Hello All-

I would like to introduce you to one of our good customers that carry my Moose Mills products.  Please say "hello" to Big Moose Deli & Country Store in Hoosick Falls, New York.

Big Moose Deli is located on Route 7 in upstate New York, just south of Hoosick Falls.  They tell me this is a very popular route that people take on their way to Vermont.

Well, as you can see, there I am just outside the Big Moose Deli.

Their deli is Awesome and they have soft serve ice cream.  You know how I love my ice cream!  You can eat in or take the food to go.  They have just tons of "Made in Vermont" food items and gifts.  They also have rustic and novelty gifts.  And don't forget the toys!  They have toys also!  AND they carry my Moose Mills Products!

Please stop by and tell them that Moose Mills sent you!

4th of July!

Hello there-

How was your 4th of July?  Did you stay cool?  Did you go to the beach? Did you have a barbecue?  Did you watch fireworks?  Full of questions, aren't I?

I and Minny Moose had a wonderful 4th of July.  We went to the beach, had hamburgs and hot dogs, and then topped it all of with a wonderful fireworks show.  Thank goodness we were allowed to have fireworks as I know a lot of places in the US haven't had any rain in a long while so they couldn't have fireworks.  Hopefully those dry places will get rain soon.

I am busy getting ready to take a trip next week to Michigan.  Friends and I are going to haul motorcycles there and then we are going to take the motorcycles on a ferry boat across Lake Michigan from Muskegon, Michigan to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  And then.............we are going to ride motorcycles from Milwaukee up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan!  We plan to ride around the Upper Peninisula for a couple days and then we will go over the Big Mackinac Bridge back down to the lower peninsula of Michigan.

This is going to be a great trip.  Unfortunately, Minny Moose won't be coming along.  She is too young to ride on a motorcycle yet especially on such a long trip.  Minny will be staying with relatives while I am gone.  I have some stores in the Upper Peninsula that carry Moose Mills Products and I want to stop at them along the way.

Have a wonderful rest of the week.  Until next time.........................
